WHEN, WHAT & WHO
 his site was built in September and October of 2000 for the East Tennessee Victims' Rights Task Force. Jonathan Overly of the Digital Design Depot worked with several folks from the Task Force to decide on what information would be organized into the site and in what fashion.

The site was built to provide the East Tennessee Victims' Rights Task Force with another way of getting their message out, and provide the general public in East Tennessee with information on

The images used on the site came from several different sources, but the majority came from www.stockbyte.com (thanks stockbyte).
